Sport Massage, Remedial Massage, Deep tissue massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are effective treatments for all regardless of age or level of activity (please note that prior to your first treatment, a health questionnaire is to be completed to rule out any medical contraindications.)

For those of you not comfortable with massage but looking for ways to rebalance your health and well-being, reflexology is an excellent treatment. Or, alternatively, why not try an Indian Head Massage which is provided in a seated position while you are fully clothed? It is wonderfully relaxing and very effective at reducing head, neck and shoulder tension!
